Is it me or does this look like someone got tired of their Brownie uniform and tried to give it a twist? This fluffy, fun, kinda boho skirt is hand made, no tag, and I promise nobody else will have one just like it. It’s a sturdy but thin cotton, not lined, functional buttons all the way down the front. While the hem has that great ruffle, I don’t think the skirt itself has quite enough floof for a petticoat. Slip, maybe. Pettipants. Something like that. It’ll be your secret.
